Complaining to Absolute Cabs

Making a complaint to Absolute Cabs is relatively straight forward.

You can complain to us about a whole manner of things and we will handle your complaint as comprehensively and professionally as we are able giving consideration to any sensitive matters.  We do however remind customers that we are a Private Hire bookings company and to differentiate between two types of complaint:
