Complaining to Absolute Cabs

Making a complaint to Absolute Cabs is relatively straight forward.

You can complain to us about a whole manner of things and we will handle your complaint as comprehensively and professionally as we are able giving consideration to any sensitive matters.  We do however remind customers that we are a Private Hire bookings company and to differentiate between two types of complaint:

To complain about a driver, whether it was the drivers professional conduct, manner, quality of service or perhaps how you were treated or charged please use the Driver Complaint button below and answer the questions that we need to investigate the complaint.

To complain about a the bookings office, please use the Complain about Bookings Office option and we will investigate this complaint.  If you could give us as much detail and information as possible it will help us investigate the matter.

If making a ‘complaint’ is too strong and in actual fact you would like to make a recommendation for us, we are open and here to listen.  You can make recommendations to us using the suggestion box at the bottom of the following online service.
