Improving our service via Social Media

Customer feedback has always been very important to Absolute Cabs and we always listen.

We transport in excess of 20,000 passengers each month and whether this is a local journey in a standard taxi, transporting a disabled passenger to provide them with access to services or simply taking a family to the airport we are committed to hearing the views of our customers.

Our commitment to customer services has always been central to our service and it is a corner stone of how we interact and engage with both customers, clients and our corporate accounts.  It is often challenging to hear feedback that is less than positive particularly when we run a busy control room with over 100 drivers who each have their own individual needs, however we are fully committed to customer service and we have decided to launch a Facebook Group for Customers & Drivers.

The group has taken on some 700 members in the first few weeks of its launch and we will be using the group to reward and recognise individuals, both drivers and also customers for their positive contributions and we hope that you, our customer, will engage with us online through our Facebook Group.

The group is only just getting established and we are learning this new world of social media as we all are in this modern world and we invite you to join our group and make a positive impact to our service by taking part in our discussions.  The group also includes both our Taxi Drivers and our Chauffeur Drivers who will be adding to discussions.
